About our club. . .
For safety reasons we are not allowed to give specific meeting locations, times and full names on our website.
Business meetings are held once per month. Please contact us for more information. All interested vistors are welcome to attend two club events before deciding to join. Membership is $25 per year. Each member will recieve a newsletter and calendar each month. To give you an idea of what type of activities our club offers here is a sample of things that we have planned for July: various park days, craft at Michaels, ice cream at Friendly's, lunch at TGI Fridays, Rita's Italian Ice tour, movie day at Regal Cinema and a day at Oxford Lake. We also have a moms night out planned.
Goals:
- To provide a support group for mothers who choose to stay at home to raise their children.
- To provide a forum for topics of interest to mothers.
- To help children in the community.
- To perform at least one service project yearly helping needy children.
Principles:
- That women must be free to choose their personal path to fulfillment.
- That, for women who choose it, raising children is an important and fulfilling full-time job.
- That a family's decision for a mother to stay at home to raise the children often involves considerable financial sacrifice.
- That there is no one right way to raise children, but our members have a common concern in raising their children in a healthful way.
